We have state of the art Research & Development lab set-up at our facility to innovate and develop new products which are more environment friendly and more convenient for our customers to use.
We have the capacity to take trial batches from as small as 25 gm of pigment powder to as large as 5 kgs of pigment powders.
Highly skilled and professional staff is continuously working at the facility to provide something new which can be further scaled up at our Pilot plant and then could be taken to actual production.
At this facility we also support our customers by developing new products which are tailor made. Customers are kept in the loop about the developments and scale up of their suggested product.
We also welcome third party projects to develop new pigments or to improve existing pigments.
Our R&D lab looks like a miniature pigment plant having miniature reactors, vacuum filter, lab boiler, lab pulverisers, lab ball mill and all other equipment necessary for manufacturing pigments.
